Complaints & Appeals Policy

The following procedure is applicable to appeals of editorial judgements, grievances over procedural errors, such as protracted delays in handling papers, and grievances regarding publication ethics.

The Editor-in-Chief(s) responsible for the journal and/or the Editor who handled the paper should handle the complaint in the first instance.

Send a message to the publisher's contact at icapsra@gmail.com if they are the target of the complaint.

Complaints within a year of the original publication date will be considered about any published items. Authors are requested to send any concerns to the editorial office by email at icapsra@gmail.com along with their justifications.
