Open Access Policy

          All of ICAPSR’s journals adhere to the Directory of Open Access (DOAJ) and Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association's ethical publishing requirements (OASPA). The articles are all open access, freely available, and published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

According to the open access policy, all published scientific content is available to readers without restriction or price. Instead of charging consumers a fee to see the published information, an APC may be levied for manuscript submission to support the open access project.

We do not charge APC for submissions nor we charge for processing.

Readers from all over the world have unrestricted access to complete articles. 

It is possible to enhance the number of citations for papers by providing open access, which has an impact on their prominence in the scientific literature.
