Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  The journal has the right to format and improve the articles grammar.
• Length of Research Article ranges from 06-25 pages, without double spaces.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• Guidelines for formatting manuscripts are provided to authors.

  • Paper size: Letter
  • Margin: size in inches 7.25 x 9.50 from all sides
  • Column: Single Column
  • Line Spacing: 1.0 lines
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Title Formatting: Font size 16 pts., The title should be in Bold (Capitalize each word) with 16 size font, Times New Roman, Centre aligned.
  • Author Name: Font size 12 pts., Capitalize each word.
  • Affiliation: Font size 8 pts., Capitalize each word.
  • E-mail: Font size 8 pts.
  • Level 1 Heading: Font size 12 pts., Capitalize each word bold
  • Level 2 Heading: Font size: 12 pts., Capitalize each word, Italic.
  • Level 3 Heading: Font size 10 pts., Capitalize each word, Italic.
  • Content: Font size 10 pts., Centre align.
  • Text Font size: Times New Roman 10 pts.
  • References: Font size 9 pts.
  • All illustrations, figures, and tables should be placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end with proper descriptions.
• All tables and/or figures, they must be attached to the submission in editable format (for example, .xlsx or .doc). They must be correctly numbered and with a title that will be placed below, centered, in Times New Roman font, in size 12-14. Figures should be high quality (1200 dpi for line art, 600 dpi for grayscale and 300 dpi for colour, at the correct size). Figures should be supplied in one of our preferred file formats: EPS, PS, JPEG.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• From Volume2 - Language of working and publication is English.
  The text must be justified. Misspelled articles will not be accepted.
  The contents must be carefully reviewed before being sent.
• Author may submit Research & Review Articles in this Journal
• Guidelines for following principal headings for Articles
  1. Title
  2. Author(S) Names in Full
  3. Affiliation (Name of the Department, Complete Name of University, City, Country, Pin code, E-Mail of Corresponding Author, Phone Number (Optional)
  4. Abstract (150 T0 300 Words in a continuous paragraph)
  5. Keywords (6 to 8, out of which two words should be from the title)
  6. Introduction (avoid useless details)
  7. Objectives
  8. Methodology including Materials and Methods
  9. Literature Review
  10. Observation/ Results and Discussion (use photographs, charts, tables, graphs to complement and support your findings)
  11. Findings and Conclusions
  12. Recommendations and Suggestions
  13. Acknowledgements (if required)
  14. Conflict of interest (if required)
  15. References
  16. Review articles may be formatted in otherwise manner, suitable for the authors for better expression and communication.
