For authors, IJGASR's peer-review process is segmented. This method requires the author to identify their specialties and interests. The funding sponsor must declare its role in the study design, data collection, analysis, and writing the manuscript.

Before an article is accepted, it must be screened by the Editorial Board. Failure to meet the criteria will result in rejection of the manuscript. Those that pass the screening will proceed to the peer review process. Afterwards, an independent team of referees will review the manuscript and decide whether it meets the journal's scope. In some cases, a revision is required to meet the standards of the journal.
