    We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the publication format of research papers in IJGASR. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality, accessibility, and global visibility of our publications, the journal is introducing a standardized typesetting system.

    Change in Publication Format

    With effect from Volume 4, Issue 4 onwards, all accepted research papers in IJGASR will be published using LaTeX.

    This transition is aligned with international scholarly publishing standards and will support improved consistency, readability, and digital interoperability of published articles.

    Key Highlights

    • All articles will be typeset using LaTeX, ensuring a uniform and professional layout.

    • Final published versions will continue to be available in high-quality PDF format.

    • Articles will also be structured to support machine-readability and indexing, including compatibility with XML-based publishing workflows.

    • No changes will be made to the scientific content of accepted manuscripts; the update applies strictly to formatting and presentation.

    Author Action

    Authors are not required to take any additional action at this stage. The editorial and production teams will manage the LaTeX formatting process to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Later on, a paper template will be available on the journal website.

    We are pleased to inform our authors, reviewers, and readers that, beginning with the forthcoming volume - Volume 5 (Year 2026) - the International Journal of Global Academic & Scientific Research (IJGASR) will adopt a Bi-monthly publication schedule, with a total frequency of 06 issues per year.

    This decision reflects the journal’s consistent growth, rising global visibility, and the significant increase in high-quality manuscript submissions received from a diverse community of researchers, practitioners, and academicians.

    From the next publication cycle onward, IJGASR will follow the publication schedule: February, April, June, August, October, December.

    As the journal transitions to a higher publication frequency, we emphasize that no changes or relaxation will be made to the existing peer-review criteria, ethical standards, or quality benchmarks of the journal.

    All submissions will continue to undergo a rigorous double-blind review process, aligned with the journal’s established academic, ethical, and publication standards.

    This enhancement is aimed at:

    • Reducing publication timelines only for accepted manuscripts after review.

    The purpose of this corrigendum is to correct the statement: “Members of the journal's editorial board or other qualified internal reviewers are assigned to manuscripts.”

     

    Please note that all papers in IJGASR are reviewed exclusively by external reviewers. IJGASR does not employ internal reviewers. This correction ensures clarity and reflects our commitment to transparency in peer review.

     

    The corrected statement now reads:

     

    “Manuscripts are sent to external reviewers, who assess submissions on criteria such as originality, methodological rigor, relevance, and clarity. Reviewers provide constructive feedback that helps authors improve the quality of their manuscripts, with detailed evaluations on strengths and areas needing improvement.”

    2. InDesign Formatted PDF: In addition to the traditional PDF format, we will now also provide an InDesign-formatted PDF to offer a more visually appealing layout.

    Content Integrity: We want to reassure all authors that these changes are solely related to the presentation format, and there will be no alterations made to the content of your research papers. The transition is aimed at enhancing the overall user experience while maintaining the integrity of your valuable contributions.

    How This Affects You: As an author, you are not required to take any action regarding this change. The editorial and production teams will handle the formatting process, ensuring a seamless transition.

    • Should maintain continuous contact with the Editor-in-Chief to ensure the ongoing development of the journal: Members of the Board may also take responsibility for key activities linked to the journal. All Editorial/Reviewer Board members must obey the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
