Values are one of the most effective forms of education. However, this system is applicable only in developed countries due to several factors. The objective of this study is to develop a methodology for training primary school teachers capable of implementing the value education system in developing countries. Teachers not only impart knowledge of science foundations and help develop specific skills and practices in a particular field, but also inculcate values. This is extremely important in primary schools, where the basic principles of the worldview are formed. But in the modern era many factors are responsible for the decline in the status of teachers, their poor performance and decline in teaching values.
